We use only the best materials available on the current market for production. In terms of materials, these are primarily aluminum alloys designed for aerospace manufacturing and produced in the USA, as well as the highest quality Behr radiator cores, which guarantee reliability and the highest possible performance. In terms of technologies, we focus mainly on hard soldering of aluminum to aluminum (we are able to join Al materials as thin as 0.2 mm) and melting welding in a protective atmosphere of argon, helium, and their mixtures = TIG. Due to the need for high precision, individual parts are formatted on CNC machines, and for part forming, we use several methods of stamping and metal forging. Surface finishing is done with powder coatings (komaxit), polishing, anodizing, or chromating. All radiators and tanks are tested to three times the operational pressure.
