We manufacture all-aluminum radiators for aircraft, go-karts, motorcycles, and racing cars. Our radiators are produced using the same technology employed by large companies for original equipment manufacturing of new machines, so there are no glued substitutes, heavy all-welded radiators, or copper ones, nor cores that are aluminum but made from turned tubes, which have low efficiency and are heavy. By using Behr radiator cores, we achieve higher efficiency and at least the same reliability and weight as the original.
All-aluminum, brazed and welded construction. Core dimensions – 340x120x32 (mm). External dimensions – 400x170x70 (mm). Outlets – 25 (mm). Weight – 930g.
Airbox with an increased volume, but lower weight than the Rotax airbox. Brazed, all-aluminum construction (6061), carburetor preheating, complete with holders and mounting kit.
Airbox with the same dimensions as the Rotax airbox, but with lower weight. Brazed, all-aluminum construction (6061), carburetor preheating, complete with holders and mounting kit.
Airbox designed for installation in the TL Sting. Brazed, all-aluminum construction (6061), carburetor preheating, complete with holders and mounting kit.
Brazed, all-aluminum construction (6061).
Maximum reliability and low weight. We manufacture aluminum tanks of all shapes and sizes using aviation materials specifically designed for tank production (from 0.4 mm thickness). Our tanks also include airboxes (air intake chambers). Additionally, we also manufacture aluminum piping for fuel, water, oil, etc. The advantage over hoses is the lower weight (by 50%) and greater mechanical, chemical, and thermal resistance.
